60 HOUR PRELICENSE COURSE #4725 |

A 60 hour course of real estate fundamentals is required for anyone wishing to become a Realtor in the state of Tennessee. This class prepares the student to qualify to take the state exam.
Subjects covered in this course include, but are not limited to: real estate terminology, math, financing, law, investment, environmental issues, property management, fair housing, legal descriptions, etc. Section quizzes are given to assess progress, and a cumulative final exam is given at the end of the course.
Course #4725 is designed with the convenience of a correspondence course which allows you to complete at your own pace or you may choose to also take advantage of classroom discussions. Classroom discussions are available on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 8:30. You may start any Monday--check our schedule. You do not have to start with section 1--you may start with any section as long as you complete all 5 sections.
Cost for the course is $350 which includes all materials. Please call the office or email if you need additional information.
